Process
The process
to secure a mortgage is not difficult. The following provides
a step by step guideline that can be followed with most loans.
We are available to answer all of your questions during the
process.
- Research
your mortgage options.
A list of our most common mortgage rates are listed on the
Mortgage Services page. This
does not include all programs. Contact our office for additional
rates and programs.
- Determine
how much you can afford.
To do this, use our calculator.
This will calculate a total monthly payment based upon the
information you provide. Downpayments can vary depending
on the mortgage product.
- Contact
us to obtain an express pre-approval.
We will collect minimal information from you to determine
the amount you can borrow.
- Select
your mortgage solution.
- Complete
the mortgage
application.
You will need to include information with your application.
Some of that information may include, but not be limited
to:

W -2 forms for two years
-
paystubs for past 30 days
-
2 bank statements
- Close
on your loan.
You will be signing many documents at the closing, including
the Note and the Mortgage (Deed of Trust).
